Toukie the Toucan

"a bit of a bird brain" 

Toukie is a bit of a bird-brain, but he sure knows how to have a good time. Like most KeyLime Cove guests, he rarely pays cash because it's so easy to put everything on his bill. Rather than planning ahead, Toukie prefers to wing it. Any time he's bored, he just hops on his board and boogies. Toukie is a bit of a fashion aficionado, and he spends a fair amount of time in front of the mirror…birdwatching.
