As a proud community partner, KeyLime Cove strives to support our neighbors through an active community relations effort focused on children, families and the environment.  By giving back, we can enrich the lives of others within our community, as well as our own.

The majority of donations are in the form of gift certificates to be redeemed at predetermined KeyLime Cove establishments and should be used as an auction item in order to help raise money for the organization.  Room nights are subject to availability.  A request does not necessarily guarantee a donation.  A maximum of one standard room night per request may be granted.

Donations generally take four weeks to process due to the large volume of requests.  Organizations that qualify may only receive one donation per calendar year so that KeyLime Cove may assist as many local organizations as possible.  Certain exceptions may apply.

Organizations we support are:

• Located within a 120-mile radius of the property;
• Non-profit in nature and should be able to provide proof of 501 c3 status;
• Focus on children, families and environmental concerns in ways that produce measurable and positive results;
• Raising funds to further support their cause;
• Make a big impact in their communities.

Who we are unable to support:

We would love to provide support to all of the organizations in our community, however there are just too many to support everyone.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support to the following groups:

• Individuals or individual families;
• Block parties or company holiday parties;
• For-profit organizations;
• Religious groups requesting KeyLime Cove Water Resort donations for festivals, bingo events, building funds or other activities that do not directly benefit children;
• Groups raising money for trips, competitions or equipment for their team, club or activity.

To be considered, requests must include contact details - including e-mail addresses, 501 c3 status letter, tax ID number, scope of the organization applying, details about your initiative and what the donation would be used for (i.e. silent auction).
