    The following are values that define the mission of KeyLime Cove Water Resort. Every partner, director, manager, and staff member knows these eight words and clearly understand how these values play into everything we do in every area of the property. This mission drives the training and operating philosophy of all KLC staff and venues.

    We are a family first. Families take care of each other with a deeper concern than typically seen among employees. We are more than a team; we are family.  Each member of the family is taken care of by putting others first. Everyone counts, everyone matters, and family always comes first.  Family respect and loyalty are exhibited in all we do. We will hire only those individuals who can visibly demonstrate a vibrant sense of humor and exhibit a genuine fun attitude in all they do.  Every decision we make will consider how our guests will perceive the fun of KeyLime Cove! Yes, we are a business...but let us not take ourselves so darned seriously!

We must always protect our assets and our resources through strong and sound management of standards and procedures designed to fuel the longevity of KLC.  Making money at KeyLime Cove allows us to spread our values and show the world that it's truly possible to experience what we promise.
