Michelle has 14 years of marketing, sales and operations experience in the travel, entertainment and consumer goods industries. Most notably, Michelle worked for Six Flags Theme Parks in Dallas and Chicago for twelve years, where she was responsible for the successful launch of Hurricane Harbor water park. Prior to joining KeyLime Cove Water Resort, she worked for the national public relations firm Carmichael Lynch Spong.
Michelle joins the team with more than 17 years experience. She has managed human resources efforts including recruiting, training and employee relations at properties in Chicago and Atlanta, which include Crowne Plaza Hotel and a variety of Levy Restaurants, such as McCormick Place and Georgia World Congress Plaza. She also brings an array of human resources experience from her tenure at Gap and Marshall Fields.
Teun joins the KeyLime Cove team from Marcus Hotels & Resorts, where he held Rooms Division management positions at 2 properties in Lake Geneva, WI. He started his career with Hilton International in Europe and then joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts, where he worked at several properties in Chicago and Phoenix.
Brian brings an extensive background having worked in and managed engineering departments at 3, 4 and 5 star hotels, including Marriott, Peninsula and The Knickerbocker over his 15 years in the hospitality industry.
Bruce brings over 20 years of restaurant, retail and entrepreneurial experience including over 15 successful openings. Some of his accomplishments include opening The Rose Garden in Portland Oregon, The Kiel Center in St. Louis, and Jacobs Field in Cleveland while with Chicago based Levy Restaurants.

Jim joins the team with more than 15 years experience in financial management at hotel properties across the US and the Caribbean. Most recently, he came from Eaglewood Resort and Spa, a Benchmark Hospitality property.
Cindi joins the team with more than 13 years of spa experience with Marcus Hotels and Resorts. Cindi was the Spa Director for the Grand Geneva Well Spa in Lake Geneva, WI and was a key player in opening the Platinum Well Spa in Las Vegas, NV and the Pfister Spa in Milwaukee, WI.
Christine joins our team with 20 years of hospitality experience. Focusing on operations, sales and creating an exceptional guest experience. She has worked with esteemed organizations such as Marriott, Hilton and Crown Plaza; all within the Chicago-land area.
Mark joins the team with more than 12 years in the Security, Public Safety and Risk Management industry. His most recent position was the Director of Public Safety with one of the largest regional malls in the Midwest, Gurnee Mills in Gurnee, IL.
Sarah brings more than 10 years of aquatics experience to the KeyLime team. She holds a degree in Exercise Science/Aquatics from Ball State University. Prior to joining KeyLime Cove, Sarah helped open and operate Caribbean Cove, the first indoor waterpark/resort in Indianapolis as well as Mayan Adventure, the first in the Chicagoland area.
Patti Sparr is the KeyLime Cove Executive Assistant and has great experience in both private and public sectors of business having worked in similar roles for the city of Redmond, WA, the Center for Information Services, Bellevue, WA and Baxter Healthcare.
